My name is Mike.
When I came to Bristol from Poland five years ago, my adventure with sash windows started. Today, thousands of windows later, I can call myself a professional and be proud of my personal approach to each window that I hold in my hands.
One of my clients has said that
‘it looks as if you enjoy the challenge’. I think she is right. There's nothing more rewarding in this job than creating a great looking window from one that only a few hours ago looked rather worn-out.

PHILOSOPHY
A long, long time ago, my first teacher gave me a piece of advice. He told me that there's only one rule: "Fit that window as you would fit it for yourself".
Good point, I would say. This kind of approach simply doesn't accept rushing or cutting corners. That's what I would call putting my heart into the job.
Being perfectionists makes us trustworthy, but it doesn't always mean working quickly. So forgive us if we are not the fastest in town. We know how big a difference it can make to spend a few more minutes on a task.
